FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: pulse frequency, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and body weight are measured. The index of adaptive aptitude (IAA) is calculated by formula: IAA=0.011(P-P*)+0.014(S-S*)+0.008 (D-D*)+0.009 (W-W*), where: P-actual pulse frequency in beats per minute, P* - ideal pulse frequency within the limits of development norm in beats per one minute, which is selected from the following values: 20-29 years 79±10.0, 30-49 years 78±7.0, 50-59 years 76±9.0, 60-69 years 77±9.0, 70-79 years 72±9.0, 80-99 years 73±10.0; S - actual average systolic blood pressure measured within 24 hours in mm Hg; S* - ideal systolic blood pressure selected from the following values: age is equal or less than 50 years - 120 mm Hg, age is more than 50 years - 140 mm Hg; D - actual average diastolic blood pressure measured within 24 hours in mm Hg; D* - ideal diastolic blood pressure, which is selected from the following values: the age is equal or less than 50 years - 80 mm Hg, the age is more than 50 years - 90 mm Hg; W- actual body weight (kg) at the time of examining; W* - ideal body weight (kg), which is determined by formulas: for women W*=50+0.75×(P-150)+(B-21):4, for men W*=50+0.32×(P-150)+(B-21):4; where P- current height (cm); B - full current age. If values of IAA are equal or less than 0, body functioning is in order, if values of IAA range from 0 till 0.3, body functioning is compensated at the expenses of body functional resources or medicamental correction, if values of IAA are more than 0.3 - body functioning is disordered, body resources are effected, and medicaments can not fully compensate the disorders.
EFFECT: widening of facilities to evaluate functional body reserves.
