FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: acetylene ketoepoxides of the formula where R1 - phenyl; R2 - hydrogen or lower alkyl. Reagent 1: conjugated enine ketones. Reagent 2: hydrogen peroxide. Reaction conditions: 15-20% solution of hydrogen peroxide, 1-5% solution of hydrocarbonate, rate ratio of addition of sodium hydrocarbonate and hydrogen peroxide solutions is 1:(4-10). It is desirable to carry out the process in the presence of hydroquinone. Synthesized compounds are used in medicine as antimicrobial agents. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
