FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining product for air regeneration consists in interaction of hydrogen peroxide solution, stabilised with magnesium sulfate, and sodium and potassium hydroxides with further dehydration of obtained alkaline solution of hydrogen peroxide by its dispersion in flow of drying agent. Halogenides of alkali or alkali earth metals are introduced into alkali solution of hydrogen peroxide after addition of sodium and potassium hydroxides with molar ratio potassium hydroxide/alkali metal halogenide equal 14-110. As halogenides of alkali metals used are calcium or magnesium chlorides or their mixture. In exploitation of product for air regeneration, obtained in accordance with invention, in composition of systems of human life support ratio of rate of the process of carbon dioxide chemisorptions and rate of the process of oxygen release (therefore, regeneration coefficient) has value close to optimal.
EFFECT: product for air regeneration provides greater time of protective action when exploited in systems of human life support.
