FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: method of product producing for air regeneration means interaction of hydrogen peroxide stabilized by magnesium sulphate and sodium and potassium hydroxide with further dehydration of the produced alkali solution of the hydrogen peroxide by its spraying in flow of the drying agent. To the alkali solution of the hydrogen peroxide prior to magnesium sulphate addition the tetraborates of alkali metals are added, lithium, sodium, potassium tetraborates or their mixture are used as such substances. The mole ratio of the initial elements is as follows: hydrogen peroxide/magnesium sulphate (H2O2/MgSO4) 450÷670; hydrogen peroxide/alkali metal tetraborate (H2O2/Me2B4O7) 160÷1000; H2O2/NaOH 7.0÷66.7; H2O2/KOH 1.60÷2.00.
EFFECT: product for air regeneration has improved kinetic parameters of chemical adsorption of carbon dioxide, and ensures larger time of protection during its operation in the human life support systems.
