FIELD: construction of floors of residential and public buildings. SUBSTANCE: method includes installation of middle layer of wood-particle board, application of water proofing and face layers, and holding up to hardening. Before application of face layer, board face side is primed with aqueous-adhesive emulsion, dried, and again primed with cement-adhesive emulsion, dried and ground with abrasive wad. Face layer is filled up to self-levelling with compound including, mas. %: epoxy composite resin 18.92-23.38; hardener 3.08-4.62; solvent of volatile organic substances 34.00-56.00; the balance, aluminium powder. Face layer is let to stand up to its hardening. Anchor members are screwed in and supporting surface is primed with bitumen-turpentine mastic. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
