FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotary main boom with nozzle and additional boom with nozzle installed at angle to main nozzle. Spaces of booms communicate through tube arranged in main boom along its axis with end face pointed to main nozzle. With main boom being rotated centrifugal force directed opposite to flow of water passing to additional nozzle acts onto water column in tube. Water flow to nozzle gets decreased which leads to decrease in speed of rotation of main boom. EFFECT: increased reliability. 2 dwg
