FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes local disinfection of skin of hands with mixture of 0.2 to 0.3-per cent buffered electrolytic solution of sodium hypochlorite and 3-per cent solution of hydrogen peroxide to be taken in ratio of 9 : 1. After disinfection of hands by this method, sterile inocculations taken from skin of hands were revealed in 100 % instances and so-called "surgical gloves juice" in 99 % cases after six working hours.
