SUBSTANCE: in order to provide process regulation of liquid evacuation out of cavity device for drainage has outside pipe with drainage openings and inside pipe with blank end and drainage openings on it whose length is larger than length of outside pipe. Outside pipe is carried out with flange on which openings for alloying element and drainage openings are located. Inside pipe is carried out with blank bottom rotatably for joining or bridging the drainage openings of pipes. EFFECT: device enables to evacuate ascitic liquid if necessary, except discomfort caused by continuous outflow of liquid, traumatism providing reliable obstacle for penetration of ascending infection. 2 dwg
