FIELD: wind-power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wind-power device has closed transportation belt mounted on revolving drums. Belt is provided with flaps secured in the housing mounted rotatably relative to vertical and horizontal axes. Center of device is shifted below horizontal axis of rotation of the housing on which bracket is secured for limiting the angle of rotation and roller resting against circular stop secured on fixed support. Transportation belt is mounted on two drums of different diameters. Diameter of rear drum is more than that of the front one and its axis of rotation is below the axis of rotation of the front drum.
