FIELD: cryogenic SHF microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: superconductor is subjected to action with spin wave having capacity of 1-100 μW and frequency changing within range of 2-8 GHz. Amplitude and phase-frequency characteristics of spin wave are taken off. Absorption frequency Fo of spin wave on lattice of magnetic curls is found by amplitude-frequency characteristics, boundaries of frequency range within which absorption of spin wave on frequency Fo takes place and carry-over of 360 deg phase occurs are measured by phase-frequency characteristic. Parameter of lattice is calculated from expression T=C·(F2-F1)/Fo·(F2+F1), where T is parameter of lattice of magnetic curls; F1 and F2 are boundaries of frequency range within which absorption of spin wave at frequency Fo takes place; C is velocity of light in vacuum. Method is realized with the use of measurement set having SHF analyzer, electromagnet with power supply source, tesla meter, recorder and pickup.
