A cryogenic tunable oscillator of the subterahertz range heterodyne for integral receiving systems based on the RDP, fabricated on a substrate of a crystalline insulating material, the back side of which is rough with the dimensions of the inhomogeneities commensurate with the length of the sound wave of the subterahertz range in the crystal substrate, in accordance with the invention, absorbing resistors made of material with a specific resistance in the range of 2-50 μOhm⋅cm, located in the microstrip line around the oscillator, allowing to increase the attenuation parameter α in the RDP, which provides additional absorption and thereby suppression of the Fiske steps in the resonance mode of operation.

EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of smooth tuning of the oscillator and maintaining the optimum line width in the entire frequency range for implementing the phase locked loop.
