FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method provides for mixing of components in water with addition of thermoresistant mineral fibre. Molding is exercised with simultaneous extraction of liquid by vacuum evaporation, following drying and thermal treatment. In the case mixing is exercised in water solution of salts of capable to form spinel structured mono and complex oxides transition metals, chosen from group, including chrome, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper. Total concentration of salts makes 100 - 600 g/l. Mineral fibre is added to get suspension concentration of 0.1 - 0.8 mass %. Before drying molded mass is heated up to temperature of 75 - 95 C.
