FIELD: production of tires. SUBSTANCE: bead has group 1 of inner layers of carcass, which are wrapped around bead wing 3 and one layer of outer group 2 disposed at the outer side of bead. Bead tape 4 is disposed between twisted portion of the first layer of carcass and the fourth layer of carcass. Bead tape 5 is disposed at the outer side of the fourth layer of carcass. A space is left between fourth layer edge and bead tape lower edge disposed at the outer side of this layer. Rubber cord bead tape has predetermined width.
