FIELD: production of tires. SUBSTANCE: bead has group 1 of inner layers of carcass, which are wrapped around bead wing 3, and one layer of outer group 2 disposed at the outer side of bead. Bead tape 4 is disposed between twisted portion of the first layer and the fourth layer of carcass. Bead tape 4 has rubber content and thread inclination angle equal to that of the first layer of group 1 of layers and is made from similar material. Bead strip 5 is positioned at the outer side of the fourth layer of carcass and has rubber content and thread inclination angle equal to that of the fourth layer of the outer group and is made from material similar to that of the fourth layer.
