SUBSTANCE: polymeric composition has, wt.-%: polyamidobenzimidazole-4-phenyl- 2,2′, 5,5′ -tetramethyl-3-imidazoline-3-oxide-1-oxime 1.0-1.5, and carbon black 0.9-1.0. Composition shows resistance to the severe factors of cold climate and penetrating solar UV-radiation with minimal loss of physical-chemical indices. EFFECT: enhanced quality of composition. 1 tbl
