FIELD: manufacture of engines; cleaning exhaust gases of diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: neutralizer has housing with double walls and heat insulation; intake branch pipe with circular manifolds on its outer surface is made in form of diffuser with double walls forming the chamber where air and gas supply lines are arranged. Besides that, neutralizer is provided with exhaust branch pipe, insert with catalytic substance in the intake pipe, soot filter made in form of hollow porous ceramic sleeves with beads whose inner chambers are directed to inserts with catalytic substance.
