FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: solution of sulfuric acid salts of Fe, Zn and Ni is used to produce nickel-zinc ferrite having stoichiometric composition 1:64: 0.36, 10% solution of ammonium carbonate (NH4)2CO3 is added into it. Dispersing to drops having sizes 0.05-0.3 mm, freezing in liquid nitrogen and sublimation drying (dehydration) are conducted at 50-80 C of heater, desublimator temperature - 60 C and pressure 0.2 mm Hg in apparatus. Thermolysis of (NH4)2CO3 is performed at temperature 58-60 C. Specific surface of sublimated powder frozen with ammonium carbonate is 6.8 sq.m/g. EFFECT: facilitated manufacturing process.
