FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: iron-based antifriction alloy includes 10.0 to 33.0 mass percent manganese and 0.002 to 0.2 mass percent carbon, iron constituting remainder. Alloy structure includes 5 to 95 % ε-martensite phase, balance being metastable g′ and/or α phase. Disclosed alloy may additionally contain 0.5 to 0.8 mass percent silicon and/or cobalt. Antifriction product including working surface is made of iron-based antifriction alloy containing 10.0 to 33.0 mass percent manganese, 0.002 to 0.2 mass percent carbon, balance being iron having structure that includes 5 to 95 % e martensite phase, remainder being metastable g′ and/or α phase.
