FIELD: ferrous metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasion-resistant cast iron for working under conditions of dry and friction of boundary lubrication. Antifriction cast iron comprises the following components, wt.-%: carbon, 4.2-4.6; silicon, 2.2-3.8; manganese, 4.5-12.0; molybdenum, 0.5-1.5; niobium, 2.5-4.5; calcium, 0.005-0.01; yttrium, 0.005-0.05; cerium, 0.02-0.05, and iron, the balance. Invention provides enhancing abrasion-resistance and mechanical properties.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of cast iron.
