SUBSTANCE: product: E-isomers of acrylic acid derivatives of the general formula where W - pyridinyl- or pyrimidinyl-group substituted with halogen, C₁-C₄-alkyl which, in turn, can be substituted with halogen, phenyl, C₁-C₄-alkoxyl, phenoxy-group which can be substituted with 1-methoxycarbonyl-2-methoxyethenyl, halogen, cyano- or nitro-group; or W - quinolinyl- or quinazolinyl-group possibly substituted with halogen, and connected with A by one of carbon atom of cycle; A - oxygen or group S(O)_n where n = 0, 1 or 2 at condition that when W - 5-trifluoromethylpyridinyl-2 then A is not oxygen. Reagent 1: compound of the general formula . Reagent 2: W-L where L - halogen. Process conditions: in the presence of base in organic solvent, possibly, in the presence of catalyst taken from the transient metal or its salt. Synthesized compounds are used in agriculture.
