FIELD: leather and fur industry. SUBSTANCE: machine for mechanical treatment, primarily fleshing, has a driven shaft with a knife and spring-loaded transporting and hold-down shafts secured on a bedframe. The shafts are mounted on levers. The latter have a common axle of rocking, and the transporting shaft is mounted for reciprocal motion in a recess of its lever. The transporting shaft lever is spring-loaded, and it is provided with an arrester to catch it in its initial position. The hold-down shaft lever is provided with a stop for interaction with the transporting shaft lever and release of it as the axles of the levers are in alignment. Both levers are provided with adjustable rests of their limit position. The rests are fastened on the bedframe. The machine has a block of cutting shafts for fleshing, planers, and rotary separating units. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
