FIELD: leather industry. SUBSTANCE: leather working machine has two cutter shafts, two pairs of conveying shafts and two pressure rollers. Each pressure roller is installed under the respective cutter shaft in suspension sleeves. The suspension is made in the form of a pair of shackles located at the ends of the shaft and bracket with bushes, installed on a bed for rolling motion. The machine is provided with electric transducers. One of the shackles has a pair of bearing rollers installed on both sides of the shaft, and a rollers pressure mechanism. The rollers pressure mechanism uses a rack-and-gear drive mounted on the bed by means of bushes, and a slide block with two supporting chambers at its edges. The slide block is mounted for alternate engagement with the respective supporting chamfer with roller on the shackle. The shackle traversing gear uses an eccentric with a pin secured at the machine outlet on one of the half-axles of the lower conveying shaft. The connecting rod is hinge-joined to the pin and hinge-joined to the rod entering the hollow housing. The hollow housing is vertically secured on the rack of the shackle pressure mechanism. The machine has a shackle locking mechanism, which uses a double-arm lever hinge-joined to the hollow-housing and bearing a lock on its one arm for engagement with the hollow housing.
