FIELD: tanning industry. SUBSTANCE: unit includes two pressing rolls with sprockets on their ends fastened on base, and two transporting rolls with sprockets on their ends. Also provided are additional transporting rolls located ahead and behind corresponding roll. Pressing rolls are positioned between transporting ones. Suspension setup has setting shaft which carries both shackles, and mounted on its end is sprocket and suspension turning thrust rollers connected with lifting mechanism. Two sections of suspension unit between transporting roll and corresponding pressing roll have holes for pins. Each of pins carries corresponding coupled gear with sprocket. Each additional transporting roll by means of axle and bush is installed at both sides in rocking brackets for possible contact with corresponding transporting shaft. Axes of additional transporting rolls in vertical plane are shifted aside relative to axes of transporting rolls. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg
