FIELD: leather processing industry. SUBSTANCE: unit has base-mounted pressing rolls linked with suspension setup, and transporting rolls with sprockets on their ends. These rolls are located at two sides of pressing rolls. Made in opposite ends of suspension setup are holes with bushes located in them to install transporting rolls. Axes of pressing and transporting rolls lie in common horizontal plane. Fixed on ends of pressing rolls are sprockets kinematically connected through chain drives with sprockets of transporting rolls so that first transporting roll is linked with first compressing roll, and second transporting roll is linked with second compressing roll. Suspension setup is provided with setting shaft carrying both shackles and thrust rollers for turning of suspension setup which are connected with its lifting mechanism.
