SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out autotransplantation of greater omentum, applying anastomoses to area located between superficial temporal artery and vein and gastroomental artery and vein, removing arachnoid and pia mater, and forming auxiliary venous collector from upper saggital sinus and introducing it into superior temporal vein using proximal T-shape branch of gastroomental vein. EFFECT: lower rate of post-operative complications. 3 dwg
