FIELD: medicine, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to detect an epifocus by making an electrocorticography. In this area and by leaving 1.5-2 cm an arachnoid membrane is dissected, commissures are cut, cysts are opened and emptied. Microscarification is performed in this area upon vascular membrane. Then it is suggested to develop an autotransplant of a greater omentum together with an artery or a vein or vascular nutritive stem with a fragment of a greater omentum. Microvascular anastomoses are carried out or vascular stem should be directed in subcutaneous tunnel. Autotransplant is applied upon a surface of prepared vascular membrane. EFFECT: higher efficiency to decrease traumaticity, keep cerebral cortex and improve blood supply in epifocus area and its surrounding tissues at surgical treatment of epilepsy at availability of primarily generalized epileptic attacks, especially. 6 dwg
