FIELD: aluminium-silicon alloys production. SUBSTANCE: production of aluminium-silicon alloys involves addition of molten silicon into aluminium melt followed by mixing the melt during 2 to 6 min. Melt mixing through the whole volume is carried out by turbulent flows of inert gas being fed in through all the height of the melt. Gas flow turbulence is performed at the expense of periodic pressure change within 0.2 to 0.6 atm. The device includes ladle lined with fire-resistant bricks, and installed on a trolley. A dispergator and a reflector is installed inside the ladle. There is an axial passage made along the dispergator. Through radial passages are arranged along the passage height. Upper part of the dispergator is connected to gas reservoir. Gas pressure at dispergator output is regulated by a regulator. The dispergator is installed in the ladle using an aid to move it in vertical direction. The aid is joined to the dispergator to enable its revolution. EFFECT: increased mechanical properties of the alloys at the expense of increased homogeneity of alloys compositions. 8 cl, 5 dwg, 2 tbl
