FIELD: radiation technological control. SUBSTANCE: method includes registration of neutron flux densities in two different ranges of energy (low and high). Flux density ratio is determined, and its reduction is indicative of increased content of boron-10 in heat carrier. Measurements are carried out directly on pipeline of the first circuit operating on reactor power. EFFECT: increased accuracy of monitoring and simplified procedure. 2 cl, 1 tbl
