FIELD: fodder production. SUBSTANCE: fodder addition comprising bean cultures contains additionally solid waste obtained during processing of fodder animal fat at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: bean cultures, 30.0-50.0; solid sediment, 50.0-70.0. Fodder addition is produced in two stages: at first the beans are cooked until ready at 70-80 C for 1.5-2 h. Then treated beans are mixed with waste of processed animal fat. The resulting mixture is sterilized for 15-20 min at 120-140 C, a pressure of 3 atm, and dried in vacuum for 1.5-2 h at 70-80 C to a moisture content of not over 10 %. EFFECT: higher biological value of fodder addition, reduced activity of inhibitors of trypsin and other antinutrient substances contained in bean cultures and suppressing the process of digestion in animals, higher friability and provision of waste-free production. 2 cl, 4 tbl
