FIELD: soft drinks industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves blending flavor- aromatizing tonic additive with grape or fruit-and-berry juice with sugar content of 12-16% at an addition-to-juice ratio of 1:(215-230). Additive is prepared by treating aromatic composition "Strawberry" with mixture of aromatic composition "Cinnamon" and 20-40-% aqueous-alcohol infusion of ginseng biomass held for 1-2 hours with periodic mixing. The ratio of aromatic compositions "Cinnamon", "Strawberry" and aqueous-alcohol infusion of ginseng biomass is 7-14:3.5-7:1. EFFECT: improved taste and flavor.
