FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: post 14 with the tool for forming the lateral joints in log-workpiece 10 and one of supports 20 of the movable centering device are installed on carriage 5 reciprocating on guides of bed 1. Support 20 is mounted on carriage 5 on its side facing another support 21 of the movable centering device mounted on the bed. The tool mounted on post 14 is secured on it by means of a swivel-fixed joint, whose axis is perpendicular to the post longitudinal axis. Bed 1 below the movable centering and swivel-supporting devices carries a waste receiver in the form of two load-carrying surfaces 23 tie-like arranged relative to each other, their upper surface is a separating one, it traps lumps of wood after formation of bowls, passes milled waste to lower surface 24 (sheathing). Both load-carrying surfaces are inclined towards waste movement. The tools for cylindering and forming of longitudinal joints in log-workpiece 10 are mounted on carriage 5 by means of a support swivel-fixed in horizontal and vertical planes, at 180° in the horizontal plane. In this version the cutters are mounted on the working shafts of the drive motor. The support can move in the axis vertical plane.
