FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: sample of vegetable origin under test is processed with flow of hydrogen chloride at temperature of 400 to 500 C for 20 to 30 minutes, then mass of carbon residue is found and introduced in flow of air at temperature in flame of evaporator of atomic absorption spectrophotometer of 1000 to 1100 C. Time required for determination is 30 minutes. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 1 tbl
