FIELD: electric engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has framework 1 onto which the second winding 2 is disposed; the third multilayer winding 3 is located from outside of the second one. The first winding 4 is disposed from outside of winding 3; winding 4 is made of superconducting material. Windings 3 and 4 are connected in series in such a manner, that magnetic fields, created by these windings at flowing current, are added. Windings 3 and 4 are connected with windings 2 in such a manner, that magnetic fields would be eliminated. EFFECT: reduced sizes of the device. 2 cl, 2 dwg
