FIELD: electrical engineering, in particular, power transformers. SUBSTANCE: the device has two similar main search coils installed one above and the other below outside the transformer winding with coincidence of the coil ends with the transformer winding ends; the length of the search coils makes up a half of the transformer winding height; an additional correcting narrow rectangular coil is installed on the end surface of each coil and mechanically fixed on the same casing with the main coil; the axis of the additional correcting coil coincides with the end surface of the main coil; the search coils are plane and rectangular; both casings of the search coils are secured on the transformer winding for their separate restricted movement along the winding height. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of magnetic field measurement and simplified measurements and installation of the device on transformers of different type. 5 dwg
