FIELD: nonalcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparing of 100 dal nonalcoholic beverage the following components were used: 70-80 kg sugar, 10-20 kg apple concentrated juice, 1-2 kg citric acid, 0.03-0.05 kg plant raw extract. Extract is prepared by dissolving of CO2-extract of plant raw in ethanol rectificate, cooling, extraction, decantation of upper layer, filtration of bottom layer, association of filtrate with upper layer, 35-45 l aqueous extract of plant raw oil cake, 0.3-0.5 l ethanol rectificate, and water - the rest. Plant raw is used in the mixture of the following plant species, kg: matricary 7-9; peppermint 6-8; bur-marigold 7-9; pot-marigold 7-9; milfoil 5-7; Saint-Johns-wort 5-7; anise 0.4-0.6; plantain 7-9; fennel 0.4-0.6; licorice 5-7; elecampane 2-4; linden 7-9; nettle 3-5; dandelion 1-3; rose 0.5-2.5; marsh-mallow 2-4, and marjoram 6-8.
