FIELD: production of alcohol-free beverages enriched with natural substances possessing biologically active properties giving the beverage prophylactic action. SUBSTANCE: balsam syrup includes aqueous and aqueous-alcoholic infusions of medicinal and spicy raw materials, and also additive raw material. Used as medicinal raw material are common St.Johnswort (flowers and leaves), marigold (flowers), clover (flowers), nettle (leaves), lime tree (blossom), peppermint (leaves), sea kale, dandelion (root), quack grass (root), wild camomile (flowers), creeping thyme (thyme), common yarrow (stems apices), plantain (leaves), dog rose (fruits), viburnum, cranberry in combination with honey. Sea kale, dandelion (root) and marigold flowers are used as selenium-containing raw material. Balsam syrup has dark-brown color, pleasant, harmonic well-expressed taste with slightly bitter tint.
