SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes elongating tendines of interior and exterior obturative muscles, musculus piriformis and musculus quadratus by transversely incising tendines of these muscles on opposite sides up to half the thicknesses of these muscles to distance of pre-determined elongation, making incision of musculus quadratus tendon at level of femoral bone osteotomy and then correcting its proximal end with gradually tracting muscles. EFFECT: lower rate of traumatism owing to exclusion of tendinous-muscular and paratenon sutures and more effective treatment. 3 dwg
