FIELD: oil tank farms and oil refineries. SUBSTANCE: the device uses at least one reservoir for viscous oil products with a heater connected to the heating assembly through parallel pipings with heat-transfer agent. The heating assembly uses a heat pump installation, whose condenser communicates with the reservoir heater through a piping with heat-transfer agent, evaporator connected to the secondary heat source, at least one pump and one filter, expansion chamber filled with heat-transfer agent at expansion due to heating, installed past the condenser and connected to the main line through two pipings. If reservoirs with highly volatile oil products are available, they may be provided with an intake and sprayer in the upper part communicating with each other through a piping connected to the heat pump evaporator. Heating of viscous oil product and cooling of highly volatile oil product occur simultaneously, due to which the loss caused by evaporation is reduced. In case of disconnection of the heat pump, or if temperature of heat-transfer agent higher than the heat pump provides is required, at least one heat exchanger may be installed additionally for additional heating of heat-transfer agent.
