Reagent 1: 1-oxo-3-phenyl (or 3-phenyl-6-chloro)-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindole. Reagent 2: trifluoroacetic anhydride. Reagent 3: 56% perchloric acid. Reaction condition: boiling for 6 h.
