FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: axes of rotation of parallel shafts coincide with axes of engageable cylindrical bores of the housing. Located in bores and kinematically interconnected are: rotor whose radial slots receive equidistant delivery blades mounted on central shaft; rotors with radial slots on outer surface corresponding to arrangement of blades and mounted on shaft in immediate proximity from blade rotor; they are so located in housing that form working chambers. Working medium supply and discharge passages are located in pairs on generatrix of the housing diametrically opposite for neutralization of the pressure force moments. Mechanism for synchronization of shaft rotation is made in form of gear wheels thrown into engagement and mounted on ends of shafts. Two curvilinear sealing inserts are fitted on internal surface of bore in area where blade rotor is mounted forming dynamic friction-free seal with blades and separating zones of expansion and compression of working medium. Provided on outer surface of rotors are gear rims forming dynamic friction-free labyrinth seal between teeth of blade rotor and each rotor with slots. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 19 cl, 4 dwg
