FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, apparatus for freezing small piece products, for example meat pockets. SUBSTANCE: device has cutter, regulator for controlling biasing of cutter to belt and supporting roller positioned adjacent to the place of contact between belt and cutter. Device is further provided with unit for controlling position of cutter plane with respect to belt plane and additional roller supporting roller, which is positioned in spaced relation with respect o first supporting roller and adapted to vary conveyor belt inclination angle relative to horizontal plane. Unit for controlling position of cutter plane with respect to belt plane has shaft mounted for movement and rotation in guides to provide for varying cutter plane position angle relative to belt and for setting required angle in each specific case.
