FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing epithelium from skin from the level above nipple areola complex downwards to submammary fold of the mammary gland. A site is cut out which base is at the level of median portion of the submammary fold. Mammary gland tissue is separated from large thoracic muscle fascia and the skin site is sutured to it. Gland tissue is bent down and attached to the site and fascia. Skin-fat flaps are mobilized aside and outwards from de-epithelialized zone. Skin is dissected for new nipple areola complex position to be occupied and it is fixed there. EFFECT: retained drainage function. 8 dwg
