FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive of centrifuge has housing 1 filled up with liquid, cylindrical support float 2 arranged inside housing which serves for mounting of rotor, electric motor 3 coupled with support float, damping arrangement in form of cylindrical shell 4 installed with clearance in line with support float 2. Fitted in upper and lower parts of shell 4 are flexible buses 5 which form, together with wall of float 2 and shell 4, a hermetically sealed space. Flexible buses 5 are secured on surface of support float 2 and are filled with liquid 6. Flexible buses 5 provide self-balancing of system and thus reduce vibration of drive.
