FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive has a rotor filled with liquid, a cylindrical supporting float for the rotor installation placed inside it, and electric motor with a driving shaft attached to the supporting float and a damping device. The damping device consists of a cylindrical shell mounted coaxially to the supporting float with a gap and connected with the housing with the help of resilient members and damping belts. Each damping belt includes wheels with flexible buses uniformly placed along the circumference and connected between them with the help of rocker arms hinged on the case mount. The wheels are mounted for their simultaneous radial displacement in the gap between the shell and the case to equalize the dynamic load on the rotor. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 4 dwg
