FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: object 1 under test, for example, solid-propellant jet engine, is placed on cargo platform 2 of centrifuge equipped with balancing device 6 (hydraulic monitor), centrifugal hydraulic support 3 mounted in initial position of rest 16 with flexible members 9 brought to contact with wall of cylindrical sleeve 14. Feed reservoir of balancing device 6 is filled with liquid or with mixture of liquid and loose material in the amount at which its total mass is equal to mass of active object 1 together with systems and common center of masses of balancing device is located symmetrically relative to center of masses of object 1. Housing 5 is filled with liquid 15 through pipe line 17 till hydraulic support floats to height at which strakes of dampening members 9 coincide with planes of stiffening planes 11 of cylindrical sleeve 4. Then dampening members 9 are pressed to housing of sleeve 4 at preset force by means of hydraulic drives arranged in guides 10. Then motor 13 is switched on and frequency of rotation of hydraulic support is brought to the value corresponding to preset magnitude of linear g-load of object under test, after which active object and hydraulic monitor are switched on and parameters of object are registered. In the course of testing, mass flow rate of hydraulic monitor is regulated in accordance with change of mass of the object. EFFECT: increased carrying capacity of testing centrifuge and enhanced reliability of its operation. 2 cl, 1 dwg
