FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: drive has housing provided with the bottom and filled with fluid, supporting float used for setting the rotor and positioned inside the housing, electric motor with a driving shaft coupled with the supporting float, and damping device made up as a cylindric shell mounted with a spaced relation coaxially to the supporting float and connected with the housing by way of flexible members. The bottom portion of the supporting float is made up as a trancated cone. The smaller base of the cone faces the housing bottom. The float is provided with a means for supplying fluid to the space between the supporting float and cylindrical shell. The means comprises vanes secured to its outer conical surface so that the bottom portion of each vane underlies the base of the housing and vanes are inclined in the direction of rotation of the rotor. A distance between the bases of the vanes and cone is 0.025-0.035 of the radius of its smaller base. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
