SUBSTANCE: derivatives of pyridyl of the formula where A - bond, C3-C4-cycloalkylene, C3-C4-cycloalkylene where one group -CH2- can be substituted with group -CCl2-, C2-C3-alkylene which is mono- or multiple saturated, -R7CR8-, -O-R7CR8-, NR9 where R7 - H, OH, phenyl, C1-C3-alkyl; R8 - H, C1-C3-alkyl; R9 - H, C1-C3-alkyl, phenyl; X - -C(O)-, -C(S)-, -SO2; R1 - C1-C4-alkyl substituted or not with phenyl, C5-C7-cycloalkyl, C6H5, naphthyl, biphenylyl, diphenylmethyl, indolyl, thienyl, chlorothienyl, bromothienyl; if A - does not a bond then - benzoyl, benzenesulfonyl substituted or not with substituents from the group involving F, Cl, Br, C1-C4-alkoxyl, C1-C4-alkyl, CF3, HOOC-, NH2, NO2; R2 - H, C1-C4-alkyl; R3 - pyridyl; R4-R5 - H or together form the bond C-C; R6 - OH, C1-C3-alkoxyl; n = 2, 3, 4.
