SUBSTANCE: product: derivatives of arylsulfonamide of the formula (I) where: R1 - benzyl, thienyl, chlorothienyl, tetramethylphenyl, pentaneethylphenyl, phenyl possibly substituted with halogen atom, nitro, methyl, methoxyl or trifluoromethyl or disubstituted with chlorine atoms or methoxyl; R2 - hydrogen or methyl; R3 - peridil; R4 and R5 - hydrogen or together they mean carbon-carbon bond; R6 - hydroxyl or methoxyl; A - group of the formulas II-IV where R7 and R8 - hydrogen or they together mean methylene or ethylene; X - N-methylimino-group or sulfur atom being the group CHR7 is bound with the group NR2 and B - carbon-carbon bond or unbranched alkylene with 2-4 carbon atoms, mixtures of their isomers, individual isomers and their additive salts with base if R6 means hydroxyl, and pharmaceutical composition showing antithrombic activity containing effective amount of compound of the formula (I) where R2 - hydrogen atom at the indicated values R1, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8,, A, B and X.
