SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes maintaining required temperature difference in upper and lower portions of eggs, that is, heating egg upper portion containing embryo to temperature equal to that of mother hen, maintaining lower egg portion temperature equal to natural temperature of nest, and selecting temperatures in both upper and lower portions of egg according to bird species and mode of hatching.
