SUBSTANCE: manufacturing of ring-type shroud 1 as combined, split in plane, that is perpendicular to longitudinal axis of step-up gear, allows to make replacement of working chamber 2 with sections 3. Manufacturing of holder cavity with its limiting conical parts of sections and holder provides differential support of working part of punches 5 and consequently capability to increase pressure, produced by step-up gear.
